Background


I was born into a real estate family. My mother had her real estate license and my father was a land broker for 47 years. When I was a child my father would show me mountain properties and taught me every last thing I needed to know. My lifelong experience is evident by the fact that I have been the top selling land broker in Santa Clara County for many years now! Real Estate is what I am passionate about and I am also passionate about helping you. I am currently on my 20th year specializing in land sales.

Background


Gary was a licensed real estate broker for 47 years, so he understand the factors that determine what a property is worth including location, usability, accessibility, grading, costs, the value of a view, buildability, etc. He worked with the Open Space groups for many years but his focus was on individuals. He had a solid understanding of how to value a property and how easy it may be to sell.

My Mother had been a licensed real estate agent while also working full time as a systems engineer at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company for 35 years. I followed in both parents footsteps with a 5 year career at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company prior to switching to Real Estate for the past 18 years which I can confidently say will remain my life's passion

John was Brian's first and only Broker for 19 years until he became a Broker. John was Gary's Broker for over 20 years. His mentorship and attention to detail fine tuned me to become what I am today. I will forever be thankful for our 19 years together. We had a very close, mutually respectful and warm relationship. There is no other Broker I would have wanted to work for.
