I was born into a real estate family. My mother had her real estate license and my father was a land broker for 46 years. When I was a child my father would show me mountain properties and taught me every last thing I needed to know. My lifelong experience is evident by the fact that I have been the top selling land agent in Santa Clara County for many years now with 2024 being the best yet! Real Estate is what I am passionate about and I am also passionate about helping you. I am currently on my 19th year specializing in land.

I have been a licensed real estate broker for 47 years, so I understand the factors that determine what a property is worth including location, usability, accessibility, grading, costs, the value of a view, buildability, etc. I have worked with the Open Space groups for many years but my focus is on individuals. I try to keep abreast of everything that is for sale in the mountain areas and I believe I have a solid understanding of how to value a property and how easy it may be to sell.
