Lots of potentially buildable land and road infrastructure. Ideal for endless recreational possibilities: Shooting, hunting, hiking YOGA RETREAT! ATVS, dirtbikes. Generators included.
Dozens of pads including a GIGANTIC main pad overlooking the most STUNNING panoramic views ever! Truly million dollar views! Water is setup with tons of water spigots all over the property. All connected everywhere and working!
Endless Redwood Forest! As you walk through the beauty of the redwoods there are countless pads carved into the redwoods each with a unique purpose and ready to be used. There are also water spigots everywhere. At the end of the majestic forest was a woodworking area with a cobblestone retaining wall. A few steps further are the most beautiful palm trees.
4 ACRE PAD WITH ORCHARD! This may be some people's favorite part of the entire property and it could be a completely separate property! There is a cleared estimated FOUR ACRE COMPLETELY FLAT PAD surrounded by an orchard which I believe to be Buckeye. Before the previous owner died this must have been so beautiful and well maintained. This is the PERFECT area for a shooting range, to expand the orchard, hunting, ATVs or simply turn it into whatever you can dream of. Potentially build your dream vineyard, home or estate! It is certainly the ultimate pad!!
"THE WATER SYSTEM" When I first visited the property I did notice water spigots everywhere and hoses and water tanks with piping. There is a seasonal creek. There are two 2,500 gallon tanks. The water system is so extensive it must have taken years to run all of the pipes underground. The entire system works perfectly. About half way down the gully I found a 500G tank with valves and piping that continued down in elevation so I followed them and finally found the big beautiful 2,500 G water tank completely full and functioning. Water gushed out of it when I opened the valve and it was being refilled by the spring! There were also generators and a pump and some sort of box. The spring itself was about a 10-15 minutes walk down a trail to the West from the main holding tank. Here are some pictures and videos below...
"The Roads" From the corner of Watsonville Road and Redwood Retreat Road it is 5.3 miles and took 13 minutes to arrive at the access driveway leading to this property. The first 4.5 miles is mostly paved and then for 0.8 miles it is mostly gravel. The access driveway is dirt and I recommend a truck, 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive. Below are some pictures of the paved Redwood Retreat Road then the gravel and paved mix portion and then the dirt access driveway.
